Our protective fragmentation coating has been tested time and time again. In fact, we do random field sampling on them several times a month. Though we have complete confidence in our armor systems, we do NOT guarantee the results seen on the testing videos. Different ammunition, and climate conditions can all impact the performance of our protective coating. Again, rest easy knowing we trust our lives with our armor, but make no guarantee of the ballistic performance of the protective coating. LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS - PART 2 - YOUR LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY TO PURCHASE BODY ARMOR The Target Man AR500 Omega™/AR550 and Mild Steel Shooting Targets: All of our The Target Man AR500 Omega™/AR550 and Mild Steel shooting targets are intended to be shot at a minimum range of 100 yards. Shooting closer may cause personal injury and rapid fatigue of the targets life. Purchaser agrees to always maintain a safe shooting distance at all times. Our targets have no warranty, either expressed or implied. There are many variables that can affect target life. Distance and ammunition are the two biggest contributors to rapid fatigue. Our targets should only be shot at with “ball” ammo traveling a maximum of 3200 feet per second (FPS) from 100 yards. By purchasing any of our target products, the purchaser agrees to hold harmless TK Armor Systems, LLC (www.SpartanArmorSystems.com) regarding any personal or property damage sustained while shooting at our products. We do not cover any consequential damages, and our liability is limited to repairing or replacing defective goods. Our targets are sold “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS”. All warranties, including the implied warranties of fitness and merchantability, incidental and/or consequential damages are excluded.
