It may attach to your belt if you desire, or you simply may unscrew the straps. This rig has an extremely thick and wide (1.75") Adjustable Lower Back Strap. This rig has been proven in warfare across all of the USA Military branches. It is commercial grade.

It is extremely comfortable and razor blade hand cut similar to the way it was done in the 19th Century. Masterpiece
I never dreamed of shoulder holster could be handmade to the exact specs of height weight and gun. The leather is thicker than anything else I have ever owned. The screws, button snaps and other hardware are all worth at least $150 alone. Call Tom before you order he will guide you through your custom order.

This holster blows everything else that I have tried away. When you deal with Tom and Armory Express Outlet you get quality and service. I liked it so much, that as soon as I received it, I immediately ordered a ranger belt. Galco simply does not compare. The leather is beautiful and the hardware is the same. I can not say enough good things about the company or their products.
